There is four types of powers.The Implied powers,Reserved powers,Concurrent powers,and Enumerated powers.These powers state which powers belong to who/what.Implied powers are powers not really mentioned in the Consitution.Reserved powers are powers that only belong to the States.Concurrent powers these powers are shared between the Federal Goverment and States.Enumerated powers are powers only beloning to the Federal Goverment.

If I could pick one power I would choose the Enumerated powers beacuse it belongs to the federal goverment.Which federal goverment means a goverment with strong central powers.Because then we would have a good thing going on.
