Major issues surronding the constition are that people disagree on how much the slaves count for representative.Another issue is what should they do with the indians.Also how much power and rights every state gets, for example would be the New Jersey Plan.
The few issues were with the powers.How to divide the powers between the Institutional,Federal,and States.And what powers they would all share..Also the Virginia plan and New Jersey plan.They couldn't choose which plan to use.Another conflict was the Slaves.The slaves were a problem because they couldn't decide how much a slave is worth to be a free person.But,at the end they decided that one will equal 3/5 of a person.They also had problems with the rights.The States rights were to make own laws by voting.Individual rights were that they had liberty,life,and pursit of happiness.Another issue were the indians.The indians were issues because the whites wanted the land were the idians live.So they didn't know what to do with them.
